Why a Teaching Nanny
A Teaching Nanny is educated , experienced and enthusiastic about
working in a families home to meet the individual needs of your
children and family by developing age appropriate activities and
experiences that nurture the passions of each child. Our Nannies
are former school teachers, early childhood teachers, or nannies
who want to the one on one experience in a home environment.
Each teaching nanny goes through an extensive screening process
to ensure each nanny will provide the appropriate nurturing and
developmentally appropriate education for the children in their care.
We also provide additional and ongoing education, materials and
support for each Nanny.
Our Process
Simply fill out the online application and fax or mail us back the
family agreement We will then call you for a consultation to further
assess you families needs. After we complete the consultation we
will match you with interested Teaching Nannies and send you
profiles of these Nannies. The registration is due prior to
interviewing nannies.
We will further assist you through the entire process with
scheduling interviews, developing a family/nanny agreement that fits
your individual needs, salary negotiations to payroll and other
questions.
